Everything we sell is a digital download. Here is exactly how delivery, refunds, and your data work.
All SundayFolio Co. products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing is physically shipped.
Because these are digital goods, there are no shipping costs and no delivery wait. As soon as your payment clears, your files are available to download instantly from your Etsy purchases page, and a download link is emailed to you. You keep the files forever and can print them yourself at home or at any print shop.
If you ever have trouble accessing your download, email us at hello@sundayfolio.co and we will resend your files within 24 hours.
Because our products are instant-access digital downloads that cannot be "returned" once delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is standard for downloadable goods.
We do, however, stand behind our work. If your file will not download, arrives corrupted, or is materially not as described, contact us at hello@sundayfolio.co within 30 days and we will make it right — a fixed file or a full refund. We want you to be genuinely happy with what you bought, especially given why many of our customers come to us.
We collect only what we need to deliver your products and, if you opt in, to email you our free guide and occasional updates. That means your email address and order details.
We never sell or rent your personal information. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Purchases are processed and fulfilled through Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy; our email list is managed through Kit (ConvertKit). If you would like your data removed, email hello@sundayfolio.co and we will delete it.
